Central Texas Delivery


For deliveries containing larger items to an address in one of the following Central Texas counties, your shipping charges will be adjusted down to the rates shown here when we process your order:

Starting at $99 (includes assembly) - Hays, Travis, Comal, Caldwell or Bexar County
Starting at $149 (includes assembly) - Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Guadalupe, or Williamson County

Local deliveries are performed by uniformed MOTIF employees who will assemble and place all of your items within your home or office. The prices shown are typical, however, if your delivery contains a large number of pieces requiring assembly, a specific quote may be necessary. A MOTIF representative will contact you by phone to schedule your delivery date and discuss pricing if it will vary from the rates shown. We will then call you the evening prior to your delivery with a two-hour time window. Orders containing small items for which the website calculates a shipping charge less than the delivery charges shown above will be shipped via UPS.



Nationwide Shipping

If your delivery address is outside of the Central Texas counties shown above, your order will be packaged and shipped to you via UPS or a freight service, depending on the overall size of the shipment.

To calculate shipping, just add items to a shopping cart. Your current shopping cart will immediately display the total price with shipping and handling charges. If your delivery address is within the state of Texas, sales tax will be added during checkout.

We ship anywhere in the United States, but the quoted shipping prices are for the continental US only. To obtain shipping quotes to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 877.MOTIF.11 (877.668.4311). Unfortunatley we cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes and we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Items which are small or light weight enough will be shipped via UPS Ground and will typically take 3-6 business days to arrive. Larger items will be palletized and shipped via a freight carrier. Transit time for freight orders is typically 3-7 business days. IMPORTANT: Transit times are estimates only - MOTIF cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

UPS shipments are sent without a required signature. It is up to the delivering UPS driver to decide whether the package will be left at your door.

Freight carriers will contact you by phone to set up a delivery time window when your items arrive at your local terminal. Delivery time windows generally vary between 2-5 hours and must be set for a weekday.

VERY IMPORTANT: For deliveries by freight carrier, the driver is only responsible for removing your items from the vehicle. The driver is NOT responsible for moving your items any distance from the truck. Items that are shipped via freight service are those that are heavy and or bulky, so it is generally advisable to have someone available to help you move your items inside. Many freight carriers do offer an Inside Delivery service in which they can assist in moving the item inside a doorway or garage. This does not include moving the items up any stairs, nor does it involve placing the items within your home or office or performing any assembly.
