We want you to love your new furniture. We understand that sometimes a piece may not appear the way you had envisioned once you see it in your home, or that it simply doesn't fit in your space.
MOTIF Store Purchases
Regularly priced merchandise purchased at a MOTIF store location may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. If in "like new" condition and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given. MOTIF reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any merchandise that is not returned in "like new" condition and in its original packaging.
Items which are sold at a discount or are marked "As-Is", "Final Sale" or "Floor Model" are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to inspect these purchases before leaving the store. Returns of Music CD's are not accepted unless unopened. Delivery fees and assembly fees are non-refundable. Pick-up fees will apply when requesting that MOTIF pick up the merchandise being returned. If your purchase was paid for by check, a refund check will be mailed to you following the original check's clearance.
Special orders may only be placed in person and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special Orders are non-cancellable and may only be picked up at a MOTIF store location or delivered by our agents within our Central Texas delivery area. Special Orders may not be shipped.

Items marked as "On Sale" are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Returns of Music CD's are not accepted unless unopened. Return freight fees or pick-up fees will apply on orders which were shipped or delivered. Assembly fees and your original shipping/delivery fees are nonrefundable.
